What if I have specific instructions?
Yes, you can chose any or all services that we offer.
What constitutes an emergency?
Generally, our on call staff will be dispatched for no heat, water leaks, inoperable toilet (when no other toilet is present), inoperable fridge (as now required by the city), backups, broken windows, and any other health or safety issue. However, you can increase that scope as you see fit.

We assist property owners in and around the Rochester area, from Lake City to Chatfield, Dodge Center to St. Charles.
Do you handle 24-hour (Quick) Turns?
Absolutely. It is common for a tenant to vacate the last day of the month and the new tenant to take occupancy the next day. We can have the property maintenanced, painted, cleaned, and carpets cleaned before the move in.
Who gets a copy of an inspection?
A completed inspection is yours to keep and disburse. We can send a copy of a preventative inspection, move in inspection, or move out inspection to any parties you designate.
